We loved how convenient this hotel was! It was just a stone's throw away from the train and bus stations, not to mention the convenience stores and seafood restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were also great- we really appreciated the water cooler in the lobby, double-glazed windows, and comfortable rooms with individual aircon temperature control. Cleanliness was never an issue, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Plus, transportation in and out of this city was easy, making it a great base for exploring.
There was nothing we didn't like.

I stayed at a hotel near Shimizu Station during New Year's and it was conveniently close to transportation. They had free water and coffee in the lobby, which was nice. , the staff was accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we had to check out early.
The room was cramped and outdated. The cleanliness was questionable as it smelled unpleasant.
